Price and Payment
All prices on rockdrink66.com are stated including VAT. The price that applies is what is stated at the time when the customer places their order. Subsidized, uniform shipping fee is added on every order. In the event of an agreement on another delivery method (courier, etc.), the shipping price is adjusted according to agreement. Price varies depending on the product, see the respective product for the current price. Price variation for engraving depends, among other things. on the degree of difficulty of engraving the product.

Payment is made in advance via Klarna Checkout or PayPal ev. otherwise by agreement. Klarna Checkout is only available in the following countries:

Shipping

Our engraving and delivery of orders takes place in turn, unless otherwise agreed when ordering. All orders received are engraved and usually sent the day after the order took place, with a reservation for any delays during periods of high load / order intake. We hire Schenker (in Sweden) and DHL (internationally) as freight forwarders for our shipments. Schenker's private package is collected upon presentation of identification and serial number to a representative after the shipment has been notified by SMS or letter by Schenker. (SMS notification is made to the specified mobile number in the order) When choosing a Schenker home delivery with a signature, the order is delivered home to the recipient during the day between 09:00 - 17:00 by agreement between Schenker and the customer. For uncollected packages that are resent at the request of recipients, unsubsidized actual shipping fees will be charged.

Delivery Time

For Sweden: Regular, normal delivery time 1-3 business days (extended delivery time to certain postcodes in Norrland)
For Europe: 1-7 business days.
Outside Europe: 1-14 business days.


Return / Open Buy

14 days open purchase from when you get the package. Contact customer service for questions. If you want help with returning the product, you can contact us, and we can send a return notice. After receiving the approved return, we then partially credit your payment with the full amount except the cost of shipping the prduct back to us. Your money will be refunded within 5 working days.

Complaint

If the item is broken, damaged in transport or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll replace your damaged item you after an approved complaint with a new item.
